How to donate Korean Canadian items to the KCHA Project
Various donors who donated Korean Canadian heritage resources for the KCHA project have greatly contributed to increasing representation of the Korean Canadians in the Canada’s archival heritage.
If you have any materials related to or created by the Korean Canadian individuals and/or communities and would like to donate them to be included in the KCHA, please follow the instructions below:

Organize and package the Korean Canadian item(s) along with the Cheng Yu Tung East Asian Library Gift-in-kind (Non-monetary) Form. The form can be downloaded from the bottom of this page.

Send the Korean Canadian items to one of the two institutions as described below:
Please send your Korean Canadian heritage items to the University of Toronto Libraries if you live in the following provinces or territories: Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, or Prince Edward Island.

Once we receive your donated package, the KCHA project team will prepare the list of donated items and the corresponding legal documents for transferring and assigning possession and accession, disclosing rights and appraising the values of the items.
