Cartonnage, there are traces of gesso on both sides and some thick blue paint on the back. Darkening of the papyrus makes the ink difficult to read, especially on fragment 1. The hand is large and loose. There are at least two columns on the front, but probably more, as indicated by fr. 3. Fr. 1: bottom margin intact, front, 11 lines written along the fibres; back, many traces of ink through gesso; fr. 2: no margins, front, 12? lines written along the fibres, not many letters visible; back, blank/gesso; fr. 3: no margins, front, two columns, col. 1, several traces, col. 2, the beginnings of 11 lines; back, painted; fr. 4: no margins, front, 4 lines written against the fibres; back, gesso, possible traces of ink.
